Building Your Family Circle

Next stop: the Family tab! This is where your digital family tree comes to life:

Add your spouse first – take time with their details

Include your children, one at a time

Time-saving tip: If you added your address in Profile under the "Update" button, look for the "Same as my address" checkbox when filling out family member forms. One click saves you time! Remember, every detail you add helps create a more complete picture.

Planning Your Estate: The Important Stuff

Over on the Estate tab, you're setting up your support system:

Add an executor (the person you trust to handle your affairs)

Include a trustee if needed

Choose guardians for your children and pets. Notice those beneficiary cards? They've automatically appeared for your family members – pretty clever!

Each card can hold specific documents related to that person or pet. –nice organization!

Your Digital Vault

Back to your Profile tab around the middle of the page – let's try adding some documents.

Click or drag and drop files to upload documents, photos, and videos. Watch as LifeSpotAI sorts everything automatically. While you're here, scroll down to add:

Your employment history

Educational background

Additional information about property, finances, and health

Core Documents: Your Estate's Foundation

The heart of your LifeSpotAI estate lies in your Core Documents. These are your most critical papers that need quick access in important situations.

Now that you've added Estate and Family members, focus on these essential documents

Start uploading your Core Documents (even sample ones to test the system)

Include items like wills, trusts, power of attorney, and medical directives

Remember, you can always replace test documents with real ones later – so test away.
